Workshop 21/11/08: The 2 beasts in the book of Revelations- Ps Song

} 1st beast- Anti-Christ, dictator, controls world political system.
} 2nd beast- False prophet, controls world religion
> 7 heads- 7 kings
> 10 horns- 10 nations combined as a great empire
- Daniel 2:31-45
- Revelation 17:7-12
> Nero (666) - his alphabet numbers are different from our times, as it's from rome, so calculations wont add up to 666, but his number from rome was added up to 1332, and for certain reasons, they divided it and therefore getting 666, it was explained at the workshop, but it's hard to explain here.
>The next beast that is yet to come is HITLER(666-superhuman)
in olden days, every alphabet has a number, lets say A is 100, B is 101, C is 102 and so on. HITLER's number should be> H (107) + I (108) + T (119) + L (111) + E (104) + R (117) = HITLER (666)

15/11/08-Ps Chris Long- say goodbye to shame.
> God doesn't want you to moan in your past sins.
- Hebrews 12:1-3
> We are not in this race alone.
> There is a sin in your life that can entangle you if you are not careful.
> Finish your life strong.
> Ignore your shame
Shame- painful feeling of guilt caused by the awareness of dishonorable or foolish behaviour.

How to say good-bye to shame?
1) Understand with heart and mind that Jesus took the shame for us.
- Romans 5:8
2) God never intended us to live in shame.
- Genesis 2:25
3) You can experience the joy of the great exchange.
- Psalms 34:5
4) Amazing grace- story of Mephibosheth (2 Samuel 9)

It's never too late. It's never the end until we leave the world.

iii) Minister to the world - by healing emotionally/physically, tell them the good news.

2] It's a great privilege to serve God.
> You are a minister

3] Every believer is commissioned.

Practical steps.

a] Look around - God placed us near people who need Jesus
b] Look up - Send labourers ( Matthew 9:38 )
c] Look out
d] Look foward
e] Look after

REACH ONE MORE WITH JESUS
