Mavis:This year was a good year for her. At the start of the year she couldn't catch up with school work. She couldn't afford tuition, and did not have many people to help her. Therefore, she had to do a lot of work on her own. But she didn't procrastinate and
did something about it. She started to
partner with God when she studied and learnt to
give thanks in everything from this. From an F9 for A Math in the mid-year exam, she managed to pass in the end-of-year exam. For her good results, she wants to give all the glory to God.
Jonathan:He had his PSLE this year, and God has helped him in this examination. When he
prayed for wisdom, God answered his prayer and gave him wisdom to answer the questions on his maths paper.
Kelvin:
In his preparation for the O level exam he will be sitting for soon, he often gets tired during studying. But he meditates on
Isaiah 40:31"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
And indeed,
God takes away his weariness and renews him with His strength.
